What began as an ecumenical arm of fellowship within the region, became a partnership of Kingdom expansion. Bishop Michael B. Golden Jr. appointed Dr. Raymond Johnson to serve as a superintendent broadening the jurisdictions reach to new churches, pastors and leaders who were looking for covering, connection and camaraderie with Virginia’s 2nd Jurisdiction.
